Inbox connect

Connect Gmail or Outlook once through Pipedream. Read-only, and only messages from showing and listing platforms.

Listings set up for you

Addresses in your showing emails become tracked listings automatically. The only thing we might ask for is a seller's email.

ShowingTime, BrokerBay, Aligned and portal stats rolled into one clear weekly summary with week-over-week trends.

Local market context

New listings, price changes and recent sales within half a mile or a mile, with source and date on every number.

Sent from your inbox

Recaps go out from your own Gmail or Outlook on Monday at 9 AM, so seller replies come straight back to you.

Every recap arrives as an email, a printable PDF and a private seller page with every past issue.

Fair Housing check

Each recap is screened for protected-class language before it sends, and MLS disclaimers are added for you.

HOTMARKET TEMP

From the desk of Jane Smith

Hi Pat & Sam,

We had 12 showings this week, up from 9 last week, and one buyer's agent tells me an offer may come this weekend. Online interest is climbing too.

The price feedback is mixed but mostly positive. I'd hold steady through next weekend's open house before we talk about any adjustment.

Jane

FAQ

Questions agents ask.

Something else? Email hello@listingrecap.com.

What do you read in my inbox?

We only read emails from showing and listing platforms. Nothing else. We connect read-only and only request messages from ShowingTime, BrokerBay, Aligned Showings, Zillow, Realtor.com and Homes.com, plus any sender you add. Disconnect any time.

How do my listings get set up?

Connect Gmail or Outlook once. We find the addresses in your showing emails and create the listings for you. If a seller's email isn't in your inbox data, we ask you for it. That's the only thing you might need to type.

Will anything go to my seller without me seeing it?

Auto-send is on by default: you get a preview Sunday at 6 PM ET and the recap goes out Monday at 9 AM. Switch any listing to review-first, edit or hide any section, or skip a week.

Who does the email come from?

From you, through your own connected Gmail or Outlook, so replies land in your inbox. Not connected yet? It comes from "Your Name via ListingRecap" with replies to you.

What about Fair Housing and MLS rules?

Every recap is checked for protected-class language before it sends. Market stats carry their source, date and “information deemed reliable but not guaranteed”. We never show other brokers' photos, and your license, brokerage and disclaimer go in the footer.

What does it cost?

Your first tracked listing is free. Each additional listing is $19 per month. 7-day free trial, no card to start. Archive a sold listing and your bill adjusts automatically.

Take Sunday night back.

Connect your inbox today and your first recap is ready this week. Your first listing is free, forever.

We only read emails from showing and listing platforms. Nothing else.
